Probably the most expensive Ryokan in kusatsu. Service is top notch and very friendly and helpful. However the room doesn't hold heat very well, and you will need to turn on all the heaters in the room including the gasoline heater which I don't like. Food is top notch, I would go back just for the food

This time, for my birthday, my husband took me to several inns in Kusatsu, and this inn was better than other inns with the same price, including a midnight snack of rice balls, a box of hot spring manju, free beer and cola in the refrigerator, and transportation. Good service. The food is delicious both morning and evening. The proprietress was also bright and friendly, and came to greet us and say, ``I'm sorry we don't have anything for young people.'' The hot spring and large communal bath in the room were also very nice! I like it because it's classy and quiet...I was able to heal a lot from the stress of raising children. Thank you very much for your hospitality.
